Prefect Money is a Panama based service which provides financial services of various kinds. According to recent news [1] they are seeing an increase in business after the shutdown of Liberty Reserve, however with the recent increase in regulatory pressures being applied to such businesses, the futures of such business are the subject of frequent speculation.
